About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservation Manager to join Revenue Management in Jumeirah Bali.The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives.Work closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies.Attend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends.Monitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation.Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments.Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance.Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance.Complete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue for the hotel.Act as a point of contact for reservations with external partners, managing and maintaining relationships.Act in the absence of the Director of Reservations and perform other duties as required by management.
About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Experience as an Reservation Manager or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel/luxury property.Proficiency in spoken and written business English.Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
