What You’ll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into clear, actionable insights for research and clinical decision support.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence.
- Translate highly technical findings into meaningful outputs for diverse stakeholders — from data engineers to clinical leads.
- Apply domain expertise to support precision medicine initiatives and advanced AI training workflows.
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large‑scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into insights for scientific or clinical audiences.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or technically demanding environments.
- Detail‑oriented and rigorous — you care about data quality and know what it takes to get it right.
- Self‑directed and able to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools or genomic data standards.
- Background in clinical research, precision oncology, rare disease, or population health.
- Experience contributing to or reviewing AI/ML training datasets in healthcare contexts.
