What You’ll Do

• Design, oversee, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
• Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into clear, actionable insights for research and clinical decision support.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence.
• Translate highly technical findings into meaningful outputs for diverse stakeholders — from data engineers to clinical leads.
• Apply domain expertise to support precision medicine initiatives and advanced AI training workflows.

Who You Are

• Experienced working with large‑scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into insights for scientific or clinical audiences.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or technically demanding environments.
• Detail‑oriented and rigorous — you care about data quality and know what it takes to get it right.
• Self‑directed and able to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems.
