You will need to adapt quickly to varying client needs and call volumes while adhering to company policies and procedures. - Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Good data entry skills.
Drug-free and able to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
