About the RoleKB Bank is seeking a driven and client-focused Relationship Manager – Wholesale Lending to support the growth of the Bank’s wholesale lending portfolio. The role will focus on originating new business opportunities, managing corporate relationships, and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with the Bank’s credit standards and regulatory requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business growth through the acquisition of new corporate clients and the expansion of the wholesale lending portfolio.Achieve lending and revenue targets in line with the Bank’s business strategy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure portfolio quality and long-term business partnerships.Prepare credit proposals and recommend appropriate financing structures in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Conduct financial analysis and credit assessment to support sound lending decisions.Identify cross-selling opportunities across the Bank’s products and services to enhance overall client value.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including credit, risk, and operations teams to facilitate smooth business and credit processes.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or wholesale banking, preferably in relationship management or lending roles.Strong knowledge of corporate lending, financial analysis, and credit structuring.Good understanding of industry sectors, particularly palm oil, is an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Results-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
