Regional Vice President - Southeast
We are a rapidly growing safety consulting and risk management firm serving construction and industrial clients, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead and expand a key southeastern market.
This role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, leading a team of safety professionals, and driving continued growth. You will partner closely with Business Development and executive leadership to expand market presence and deliver high-quality service.

What You’ll Do
- Own full P&L responsibility for the regional market
- Lead overall operations, performance, and service delivery
- Partner with Business Development to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, developers, and industry partners
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of safety professionals
- Oversee hiring, staffing, performance management, and team development
- Ensure high client satisfaction across all projects and engagements
- Drive operational consistency, accountability, and financial performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion
What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or a related field
- Strong P&L management and operational leadership experience
- Proven ability to grow revenue and expand market presence
- Background in construction safety, risk management, or related disciplines preferred
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong client relationship skills with contractors and developers
- Leadership style that promotes accountability, performance, and team growth
- Safety certifications (CHST, CSP, OSHA, etc.) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000
- Performance-based bonus
