Job Description
The Regional Managing Director - India will be responsible for building and leading EMAGE's India transmission business from 0 1.The ideal candidate should come from a leading EPC / transmission infrastructure organization (such as Larsen & Toubro, KEC, Kalpataru, Sterlite Power, Tata Projects, etc.), with a strong technical foundation in transmission engineering and extensive experience managing large-scale transmission EPC or program portfolios.This role requires a rare combination of:Engineering understandingEPC execution capabilityCommercial mindsetGovernment/utility stakeholder managementBOT/TBCB infrastructure understandingEntrepreneurial leadership

EPC & Program LeadershipLead large-scale transmission EPC and infrastructure programsOversee project lifecycle from:biddingdesignengineeringprocurementconstructionenergizationBuild strong local delivery capability and supply-chain networksEnsure commercial, technical and delivery performance
