Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our Pune properties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales, a strong understanding of the local Pune market, and a demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals.
This role involves managing leads, conducting property tours, building client relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and converting prospects into residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead ConversionManage inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and other communication channels.Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable accommodation solutions.Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective residents and corporate clients.Build a strong sales pipeline and actively follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.Drive occupancy targets through effective lead management and sales strategies.Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful closures.
Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing residents.Deliver a professional and consultative sales experience throughout the customer journey.Understand customer preferences and provide tailored accommodation recommendations.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the sales and onboarding process.
Market & Business DevelopmentDevelop knowledge of the Pune real estate and student housing market.Identify new business opportunities, referral channels, and partnership opportunities.Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing insights.Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and occupancy growth.
Reporting & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions.Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on pipeline performance.Coordinate with operations and property teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Hospitality Sales, Housing, or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing deals.Prior experience working in the Pune real estate market is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to independently manage leads and sales opportunities.Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred ProfileExperience in residential real estate, co-living, student housing, rental accommodation, or hospitality sales.Existing network within Pune's real estate ecosystem will be an advantage.Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management.Self-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
