- • Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that span multiple services and programs, collaborating with business and product owners, engineers, and architects to design and implement new services that enable the introduction of innovative products and bundles
- • Responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions
- • Defines requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes and best practices
- • Leverages input of partners and personal experience to make thoughtful decisions on technical direction
- • Explain technical issues and solution strategies to stakeholders, ensure timely accomplishment of technical designs and delivery milestones and liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs
- As part of the development team, your role will focus on creating and maintaining the application across the whole lifecycle.
- • Develop applications using ReactJS technologies.
- • Excellent communication skills with Agile knowledge.
- • Development of Java based applications using Spring boot, React and Micro-Services architecture
- • Working knowledge of PCF or any other similar cloud environment.
- • Ability to independently work on both UI and backend layers as a Full Stack Developer.
- • Knowledge of advanced authentication techniques for web-based platforms.
- • Expertise in developing Web Services and APIs using REST/XML/JSON.
- • Ability to build middleware services that efficiently interface the UI with backend infrastructure.
- • Advanced skills in front-end technologies including React, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- • Innovation-driven mindset with the ability to develop new approaches to complex design challenges.
- • Experience with various architectural patterns, including high-performance, high-availability transaction processing systems and multi-tiered web applications.
- • Hands-on experience integrating vendor and open-source products into a cohesive system.

1. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
- For a new business implementation project, drive the end to end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment.
- Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines
- Provide techno-functional solution support for all the new business implementations while building the entire system from the scratch
- Support the solutions team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation
- Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system
- Customize, extend, modify, localise or integrate to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing & production
- Implement the business processes, requirements and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions
- Write code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology
- Provide product support and maintenance to the clients for a specific ERP solution and resolve the day to day queries/ technical problems which may arise
- Create and deploy automation tools/ solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency
- Sink between technical and functional requirements of the project and provide solutioning/ advise to the client or internal teams accordingly
- Support on-site manager with the necessary details wrt any change and off-site support
