Quantity Surveyor

We are Hiring Project Based for QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecastsPerform quantity take-offs and verify contractor claims and progress paymentsMonitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunitiesAdminister contracts, including variation orders, claims, and change management processesEvaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotationsPrepare and submit cost reports, financial summaries, and project forecastsEnsure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and industry standardsSupport procurement processes by providing cost analysis and commercial inputCollaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure cost efficiencyMaintain proper documentation and records related to contracts and project costs

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control processesFamiliarity with project management and cost control softwareExcellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practicesAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsGood communication skills in English (written and verbal)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
