Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionAs a Quality Inspector, you will perform manual and mechanical deburring on machined aerospace components, ensuring all edges, holes, and surfaces meet specific blueprint and workmanship requirements. You will inspect both in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional and visual conformance. Your role includes reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to ensure compliance with both customer and aerospace standards.

You will also identify, document, and communicate any nonconforming conditions in accordance with quality procedures and AS9100 requirements. Proper handling, cleaning, and protection of parts to prevent damage, contamination, or defects during deburring and inspection processes are crucial.
