Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality and Safety Management Systems. This role is key to ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
ResponsibilitiesBe well-versed in the company’s manuals, SOPs, forms, and applicable regulations/legislationMaintain, review, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and standardization across the groupAssist in planning, conducting, and following up on internal auditsPerform quality and safety inspections, prepare findings, and summarize reportsDeliver internal quality and safety induction training, toolbox briefings, and other mandatory training programsProvide support during external audits and liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industryCertified or experienced as a Qualified Internal Auditor; Lead Auditor certification is an advantageHands-on experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS)Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact effectively with stakeholdersExcellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and professional ethicsProficiency in IT tools for report preparation and data analysisGood knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, and other relevant ISO standards
