Quality Assurance Manager

Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality AssuranceProven experience in a QA Manager role, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Quality LifecycleDemonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of at least 50 members, including distributed/global teamsStrong experience in defining and driving QA strategy, governance, and best practices across programsHands-on experience with test automation frameworks, including UI, API, and performance testingExperience in CI/CD integration and implementing shift-left and shift-right testing practicesStrong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practicesPreferred base location is Indore. The person should be working from the office. Exposure of AI led development will be a differentiator
