We're looking for a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager to join our M6 Lune Gorge team based in RDP North. Kier Transportation is working in collaboration with National Highways to deliver significant RDP schemes across the North-West. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on a major infrastructure project whilst contributing to client KPIs and sharing best practice across the organisation Location: M6 Lune Gorge (RDP North) - travel to the office required with some remote workingHours: 45 hours per week Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + private healthcare + £6.7k annual car allowance + excellent benefits We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role What will you be responsible for?
As a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence throughout the M6 Lune Gorge scheme, working collaboratively with project teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain industry-leading standards. Your day to day will include: Managing and maintaining the business assurance system, ensuring all information remains current and operationalCoordinating and leading internal quality audits with functions and suppliers, whilst facilitating external audits with assurance organisationsDeveloping strong relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to foster a positive quality cultureReporting on quality and performance metrics both internally and to National HighwaysLeading business process reviews and coordinating knowledge sharing of successful quality initiatives What are we looking for?
