Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesReview the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systemsPlan, conducted & monitored testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of productsInvestigate customer's claims and non-conformance issuesAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systemsDevelop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actionsEvaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in customer support or service analysisExperience in BPO is an advantageFamiliarity with content moderation is preferableStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2, C1 preferred)Proficiency in Traditional Chinese (reading and writing required)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Ability to gather and interpret requirements from international/foreign customersWillingness to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyWilling to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules, including night shiftsWilling to be based in Bali, Indonesia (WFO)
