QA Teamcenter & API testing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Teamcenter-based applications
  
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks (Hybrid/Data-driven/Keyword-driven/BDD)
  
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using HP UFT/QTP
  
• Create detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts
  
• Validate Teamcenter functionalities such as:
  • BOM Management
    
  • Change Management (ECR/ECO)
    
  • Manufacturing Tracking
    
  • CAD Integration (NX, SWIM)
    
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
  
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
  
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  
• Track and manage defects using JIRA / ALM
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  
• Mentor junior QA team members and drive best practices
  

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC)
  
• Automation testing using HP UFT / QTP
  
• Programming knowledge in VBScript, Java, or Python
  
• Experience with test frameworks (Hybrid, Data-driven, BDD/Cucumber)
  
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, SVN
  
• Knowledge of ALM/QC, JIRA
  
• Basic understanding of database (MySQL)
  

Domain Expertise:

• PLM domain knowledge
  
• Understanding of BOM structures and workflows
  
• Experience in CAD integrations

• DevOps practices
