Property Executive - Yogyakarta Property Executive will play a critical role in :Supports daily hotel operations (city-wide area) to ensure they meet RedDoorz Operational SOPs & standards.Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards. Discussion with the hotel owner regarding improvements to hotel facilities.Works closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing efforts.Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues. Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality, property management, or a similar operational roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with hotel owners and on-site teamsGood problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and recommend operational improvementsDetail-oriented, with the ability to monitor property quality and ensure compliance with company SOPs and standardsWillingness to conduct regular site visits and follow-ups
