Project Manager

Job Position: Project Manager Location: Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Pay Rate: $60k-94k/year BOE Description: Using Cradle to Grave Project Management, oversee every aspect from scope definition through the warranty period. Oversee a construction project from start to finish using online construction software Work on mostly complex functions Provide rough estimates Design contracts Provide final estimates Create and complete contracts Start-up projects Manage current projects Facilitate final billing and payment Conducts pre and post-closing walkthroughs Obtain permits and ensure all legal requirements and regulations are met Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of five years of management experience in the construction industry Ability to handle and resolve all challenges connected to a project Ability to deal with several issues simultaneously that demand pertinent attention and provide appropriate recommendations to customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees Possess a full understanding of all phases and order of construction projects A willingness to learn about different building materials and mechanical systems Good communication skills and commitment to continuously improve Good customer service skills and commitment to continuously improve Punctuality Self confidence The ability to use electronic devices to preform daily tasks Possess valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motorized vehicle Strong work ethic Ability to see, talk, and walk through jobsites over uneven terrain, stairs etc. Adherence to the company's core values of high-quality work, professional and polite attitude The ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
