Project Manager

Project Manager The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of a large cloud migration project, while meeting performance, quality, and scheduling goals. The project manager will be expected to plan and execute in a hybrid waterfall and agile environment. This position requires strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Must have a strong technical foundation and ability to quickly develop deep understanding of the strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple programs and large projects Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and budgets Manage and update detailed project plan, roadmaps, and trackers to monitor and track progress Communicate project expectations, risks, and escalations effectively and timely across all levels of the organization Manage project resource capacity, identify overallocated resources and build mitigation strategies Plan and maintain strong mitigation strategies against possible risks and issues Lead cross functional teams towards shared goals against tight timelines Communicate weekly and monthly project status Provide input towards constantly improving processes with the intention of efficiency and automation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
