Project Manager (ERP Implementation) - 6-Month Contract (Extendable) Remote – India

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP implementations (Odoo) across Asia and global locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact, cross-regional projects while collaborating with international teams.

Location: Remote (India-based)

Time Zone: GMT time zone availability required (9am - 5pm GMT)

Travel: Up to 30% across EMEA, Asia & the Americas

Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)

Reporting to: CIO / IT Leadership

Main Duties:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (Odoo)
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Engage with stakeholders across global regions
• Identify risks and drive successful project delivery
• Ensure smooth rollout across multiple business units

Skills Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Strong experience delivering ERP implementations (Odoo preferred)
• Solid understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and manage complexity
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferable Skills

• PMP / Scrum certifications
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution sectors
• Exposure to global project environments
