Head - Project Execution Location: Coimbatore About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end project execution across large-scale residential developments as Project Head. The role involves driving execution excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The incumbent will play a key leadership role in shaping execution frameworks, managing stakeholders, and building scalable processes across projects. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of multiple projects across locationsDrive project timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost efficiencyDevelop and monitor detailed schedules across design, procurement, and construction phasesLeadership & GovernanceLead and mentor large cross-functional project teamsPartner with senior leadership on key project decisions and execution strategiesCost & Financial ManagementOversee project budgets, cashflows, and cost optimization initiativesMonitor project health through cost vs. budget tracking and ensure effective resource utilizationOn-Site ExecutionOversee on-site execution including civil, structural, MEP, and finishing worksEnsure adherence to quality standards and HSE norms across projectsDrive timely project executionStakeholder & Vendor ManagementManage relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliersEnsure timely availability of drawings, materials, and execution supportCoordinate with internal and external teams for seamless delivery

Candidate ProfileB. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering15+ years of experience in real estate / construction project executionProven track record of delivering large-scale residential / commercial projectsStrong expertise in project management, cost control, and stakeholder managementExperience in high-end residential, villas, or specialized real estate segments is preferred
