Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject Engineer (Construction / Mechanical)Location: Southern California Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support construction project execution by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage document control: track, organize, and distribute project documentsCoordinate meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutesCollect and process submittals from vendors and subcontractorsAssist with RFIs, proposals, budgets, and project schedulesCommunicate project updates to internal teams and clientsSupport project closeout documentation and deliverablesEnsure all project information is accurate, organized, and up to datePromote clear communication and a collaborative project environmentRequirements Experience in construction project support or project engineeringStrong document control experience requiredAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and project/document management toolsFamiliarity with scheduling software (Microsoft Project preferred)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally
