Skills in utilizing Bluebeam for accurate quantity takeoffs and a solid understanding of heavy civil construction methodologies are essential for this role. Your collaboration with Project Managers and the Operations team will be key to smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Create quantity takeoffs utilizing advanced software • Coordinate with Estimating and Operations teams • Develop and manage project timelines and methodologies • Ensure timely preparation and distribution of shop drawings Requirements: • At least two years of experience in civil construction • Familiarity with estimating software is essential • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Organized with the ability to work under pressure Utilize your skills in estimation and scheduling to enhance Siteline's projects efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
