Project Coordinator (Etobicoke)

Overview Location: Toronto, ON About the Role We are looking for a hands‑on Project Coordinator who can manage drawing updates in AutoCAD while actively coordinating trades and pushing projects forward. This is not a passive role. We need a self‑starter who follows up, stays on top of details, and keeps things moving forward.

Key Responsibilities Update and revise drawings using AutoCAD based on site conditions and team input Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and internal staff to keep projects on track Follow up consistently to ensure tasks are completed (calls, emails, site coordination) Assist with project setup, documentation, and ongoing tracking Identify gaps or issues and take initiative to resolve them Support project managers with day‑to‑day coordination and execution What We’re Looking For Experience with AutoCAD (required) Background in construction, roofing, or related trades (strong asset) Strong organizational and follow‑up skills Ability to work independently with minimal directionPersistent and patient, someone who will keep pushing until things get done Comfortable communicating with trades and being direct when needed Pay: $70,864.95-$84,585.70 per year Benefits Casual dress Dental care Extended health care In office parking Vision care Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
