Your new role

As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects within a wider programme framework. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing key stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle.

You will drive programme planning and execution, monitor performance against key milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues. The role will involve ensuring governance structures are adhered to, maintaining clear communication across all levels, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across programme delivery.

You will also play a key role in resource planning, budget oversight, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a Programme/ Supply Chain Manager or Senior Project Manager roleStrong track record of delivering complex, multi-stream programmesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage budgets, resources and timelines effectivelyExperience implementing governance frameworks and reporting structuresStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile or similar)Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentThird-level qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable)
