About the RoleThe role involves building liabilities business through Spectrum Banking (VRM, Acquisition and Onboarding units), Retail Synergy (Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Business Banking and MA) units and also ensuring we meet Govt Social Scheme targets across liabilities products. The role also involves enabling Branch Banking team on driving key Savings initiatives like CIB, focused products, focused employees and activation of dormant accounts. Responsibilities The role is responsible for driving the Liabilities business by leveraging multiple channels, strengthening cross-functional synergies, and ensuring delivery on regulatory and strategic priorities.Spectrum Banking: Leading and scaling the Virtual Relationship Management (VRM), Acquisition, and Onboarding units to grow the liabilities portfolio and improve customer engagement.Retail Synergy: Building and strengthening cross-business collaboration with Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Business Banking, and Merchant Acquiring (MA) to increase deposits, deepen relationships, and enhance product penetration.Government Social Schemes: Ensuring achievement of targets across all liabilities-related Government Social Schemes by enabling effective planning, tracking, and delivery in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Branch Banking Enablement - Enable the Branch Banking network on key Savings-led initiatives such as:CIB (Customer Identification & Book Growth)Focused Liabilities Products (Senior Citizen, 25K Variant solutions)Focused Employee Programs to drive ownership and productivityDormant Account Activation to revive inactive relationships and augment balancesThe role demands strong collaboration, business development expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to execute high-impact initiatives across diverse channels.QualificationsEssential: Post Graduate from reputed college or universityPreferred: Marketing and FinanceRequired SkillEssential: Min 15-20 Years of BFSI Industry experiencePreferred: Working experience of Managing Large Channels and Program Competencie
