Production Operative

Your new roleAs a Production Operative, you will play a key role within the manufacturing process, supporting the production and assembly of high-quality equipment. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.Duties will include:Assembly and fitting of components using hand and power toolsOperating production machinery and equipment safelyQuality checking finished products to required standardsReading and following work instructions and engineering drawingsMaintaining a clean and organised work areaSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production lineAdhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures

What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment is desirableAbility to use hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnFlexibility to work shifts where required
