We're Hiring: Factory / Production Supervisor - Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Chennai Full-time On-siteAmadora is one of India's leading premium artisanal ice cream brands, founded in 2011 and growing fast across South India. We make everything in-house at our central Chennai kitchen using professional gelato equipment - and as we scale our store network and quick-commerce footprint, we're looking for a Factory / Production Supervisor who has done this before and can help us grow without ever compromising on quality.This role is for you if you have:Hands-on experience in an ice cream, gelato, or frozen dessert production environment (this is non-negotiable - you need to understand batch freezing, mix preparation, cold chain, and inclusions)A track record of scaling production volumes - taking output from where it is today to multiples of that, while holding recipe integrity and consistencyStrong command of production planning, scheduling, batch records, and yield/wastage controlWorking knowledge of food safety and HACCP - clean, disciplined, audit-ready factory floors are your baseline, not your goalThe leadership to run and develop a factory team, enforce SOPs, and hold people accountableWhat you'll own:Day-to-day running of our central production kitchenProduction scheduling and throughput to keep 30 stores (and growing) reliably suppliedRecipe adherence and quality control - zero deviation, every batchBuilding the systems and discipline that let us scale cleanlyIf you've helped an ice cream or frozen dessert business grow and want to do it again with a brand that genuinely cares about its craft - we'd love to talk.
