Production Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications :Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering plus 2 - 3 years experience.Industrial knowledge and experience in plant services.Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience.Proficiency in low-voltage analogue and digital control systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams, is highly preferred.Hands-on experience with PLC systems in industrial applications.A background in mechatronics engineering is an advantage. Job Description :Ensure smooth operation of all machines and equipment.Monitor and optimize energy usageLead and support the maintenance team to resolve issues.Assist in managing maintenance budget and costs.Improve work efficiency and control people costs, including overtime.Coordinate with external parties to support operations.Oversee projects to ensure quality and timely completion.Train and develop the maintenance team.Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed.Manage reports, agreements, and certifications to ensure compliance.
