Should ask insightful questions to ensure a clear understanding of project goals. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and a good knowledge of DevOps practices • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with open source libraries and software’s – (e.g., Apache Camel, Kafka, Redis, EFK) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
