Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the rollout of ServiceNow across the enterprise.
The initial focus will be migrating the current ITSM ticketing system (Cherwell) to ServiceNow ITSM, enabling Stores, Distribution Centers, and Corporate Offices to log IT support tickets, route them for resolution, and create tasks.
This role will also support future automation and workflow enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee migration from Cherwell to ServiceNow ITSM and support workflow automation initiatives.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow and IT ticketing workflows.
- Familiarity with automation and workflow platforms.
- Experience with eCommerce APIs or data feeds and vendor collaboration.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint.
- Ability to lead Agile teams, manage backlogs, and write clear user stories.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail industry experience.
- Experience with experimental and innovation-driven product development.
