Probate Paralegal

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur boutique law firm focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Trust Administration throughout Florida. We are looking for a dedicated Probate Paralegal to join our team long-term.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing probate matters with limited supervision from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Draft and review probate pleadings and related filingsManage client communication and maintain organized case filesConduct legal research using LexisNexis and similar toolsFile pleadings through the Florida Courts E-Filing PortalSupport attorneys with litigation and trial preparation as neededAssist with general administrative tasks when neededRequirements

2+ years of Florida probate (wills & trusts) experienceStrong understanding of Florida Probate Code and RulesExperience drafting and filing probate pleadingsFamiliarity with Clio Manage (preferred) or similar systemsExperience with LexisNexis or similar research toolsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AdobeStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred

Experience with trust administrations or guardianshipsFamiliarity with LexisNexis automated formsComfortable with recording real time spent in a matterStrong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyFlorida NotaryWhat We’re Looking For
