Become a vital part of Pro-Western Mechanical Ltd. as a Scheduler & Project Analyst. This role focuses on maintaining project schedules and supporting operational management in a dynamic construction environment. You will report to the VP of Operations and play a crucial role in tracking project deliverables and verifying manpower planning.
Your experience of over three years in project analysis or scheduling, combined with strong analytical skills, will ensure the success of multiple mechanical projects. You will help optimize workflows and enhance project controls processes. Key Responsibilities: • Create and update comprehensive project schedules • Track progress, milestones, and project constraints • Monitor outstanding project deliverables and action items • Provide regular updates and reports to management • Analyze project cost forecasts for variances Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of project scheduling experience • Diploma or degree in relevant fields preferred • Expertise in Microsoft Project required • Strong analytical and Excel skills • Knowledge of construction project management systems Elevate project management processes and support Pro-Western Mechanical's mission towards excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
