What You Can Expect (Responsibilities)

We are looking for a QA Automation Technical Referent to join our IT Core team in Argentina or Uruguay as a Principal-level technical leader in quality and test automation. You will own the evolution of our automation framework, define the end-to-end testing strategy across squads, and drive improvements that reduce manual effort, increase reliability, and accelerate releases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing with hands‑on coding in Java.
• Strong experience with Java, RestAssured, and JUnit or TestNG.
• Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks for backend services and APIs.
• Experience defining multi‑layer testing strategies and improving CI/CD test stages.
• Experience with non‑functional testing, including performance and security.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
• Advanced English.
• Resides in Argentina or Uruguay.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, JDE, QAD, SAP APO, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience with dbt or Coalesce.
• Experience with Informatica, Alteryx, Knime, or Dataiku.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as MIRO, Erwin, or PowerDesigner.
• Experience with API scripting for data extraction.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Aerospace.
• Knowledge of microservices and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, or Coralogix.
• Experience with contract testing, service virtualization, or reusable test data strategies.
