The Primary Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning goals. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching core subjects, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records.
The role involves creating a supportive classroom environment, managing classroom behavior, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents or guardians, collaborate with other staff and specialists, and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.Qualifications Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with the ability to manage a primary classroom effectively.Experience or training in Curriculum Development and Education, including designing structured, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.Relevant academic background, such as a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field focused on primary/elementary education.Demonstrated patience, empathy, and classroom management skills, with a commitment to inclusive and child-centered teaching practices.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (including therapists and specialists) to support individual learning needs.Prior experience teaching at the primary level or working with young children is highly desirable.
