We are looking for someone passionate and committed to join us as a Preschool Teacher at Teddy Buddies — a progressive, child-centered school redefining what meaningful learning looks like. What We Are looking for: Someone who loves working with children Creative and able to design engaging learning experiences
Strong communication skills; works well with colleagues, parents & students Deep understanding of child development and progressive education Flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas
Tech-friendly (Google Docs, Canva, etc.) Experience with experiential and inquiry-based learning is a plus Physically active and energetic
Committed to staying at least two academic years A team player who believes in continuous professional growth What you’d do:
Design lesson plans and implement learning activities Create a nurturing environment that supports intellectual, social & emotional growth Use diverse teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on learning Assess student progress and give constructive feedback Adjust teaching strategies based on student needs
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with pedagogy trends What you get: Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
