About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end project planning for high-rise residential/commercial towers using Mivan construction technology. The candidate will be responsible for complete planning, monitoring, and control of assigned tower(s), ensuring timely execution, resource optimization, and adherence to project timelines. Key Responsibilities:Take complete ownership of planning and execution timelines for assigned tower(s) Develop detailed project schedules, baseline plans, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Prepare and track micro-level planning for all construction activities Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with approved schedules Identify delays, conduct variance analysis, and implement recovery/catch-up plans Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and management for smooth execution Ensure effective resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment) Track procurement schedules and ensure timely material availability Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates to management Drive planning for Mivan formwork cycles and high-rise construction sequencing Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 10+ years of experience in real estate / builder industry, handling high-rise projects Strong expertise in end-to-end project planning and tower-level ownership Hands-on experience in Mivan construction methodology Proficiency in Primavera (P6) / MS Project Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning cycles, and execution strategies Excellent analytical, coordination, and leadership skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
