Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Location : Vile Parle West MumbaiIndustry : Chemical Trading (Exports - Imports)Working Hours : 11:00 PM to 07:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday)Experience : 2-3 years in similar role preferred

About the Role: Sahastraa Exports Pvt Ltd is looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive personal assistant to directly support the Managing Director. The Ideal candidate should have experience in admin task, sales coordination, meeting follow-ups, and daily reporting, preferably from the chemical trading or export industry. Candidate from other industries also welcome, provided they understand the demands of the role.
ResponsibilitiesAssist MD in day to day tasks, business follow-ups, and scheduling.Assisting MD in International sales and coordination.Coordinate with sales team and international clients for updates and reporting.Manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (Local & International).Handle vendor coordination, office administration, HR tasks, and client visit.Ensure all communications and activities are completed efficiently and professionally.Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and ensure timely task completion.Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth internal communication.Be flexible with work hours when important work or deadlines arise.Travelling out of India for meetings & exhibitions
QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.Comfortable with office admin, sales follow-ups, and handling international clients.Should be organized, professional, and proactive in approach.
Preferred Background Experience in chemical/export/import or trading industry preferred but not mandatory.Graduate in any stream.Fluency in English & Hindi communication is a must.
