Responsibilities
Garnet Health Doctors is actively searching for a dynamic Pediatric Hospitalist to join our dedicated team at our state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Middletown and Harris. In this role, you will thrive in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, catering to a diverse and vibrant patient community.
- Full‑time position
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatrics
- (7) 12‑hour shifts in‑house plus 7 x 24‑hour on‑call shifts from home each month
- Advance Practice Providers provide support

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy
Required Certification / Registration:
- NY State Medical License
- Active and unrestricted D.E.A. Certificate
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics
- PALS, NPR certifications required; ACLS, BLS preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Stands, walks, sits intermittently throughout the day
- Lifts, pushes, pulls light to heavy weights as required
Working Conditions:
- In‑patient Hospital Service of Orange Regional Medical Center
- Position will primarily be light work requiring lifting up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Occasional bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling and reaching are required
