Payroll Manager

We're Hiring: Payroll Manager TrivandrumAre you a seasoned payroll professional ready to step into a leadership role?We are looking for a Payroll Manager to lead and scale our client-facing payroll operations team. About the RoleAs a Payroll Manager, you will drive end-to-end payroll operations, mentor a growing team, and ensure seamless, compliant, and accurate payroll delivery for our clients. What You'll Do Lead and manage daily payroll operations Mentor, coach, and develop payroll team members Oversee client allocation, onboarding, and issue resolution Ensure accurate & timely payroll processing Conduct team trainings, meetings, and performance reviews Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Collaborate with AP & tax teams for payroll adjustments Handle escalations and complex payroll queries Monitor productivity and ensure timely closure of tasks What We're Looking For 10+ years of payroll experience 3+ years in PEO/ASO multi-state payroll FPC/CPP certification (Mandatory) Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills Experience with PRISM / HR Pyramid (Preferred) Passion for process improvement & team development Location: Trivandrum Shift: US Shift (if applicable) Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing teamExposure to global payroll operationsCollaborative and growth-focused environment Interested or know someone?DM me or share your resume at Feel free to like, comment, or share to help the right candidate find this role!
