Payments Partnership Officer

About the roleYou will be responsible for ensuring our platform has the most robust, high-performance local payment connectivity in assigned markets. You are expected to navigate the complex intersection of high-risk processing, local banking infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll doSecure, onboard, and manage alternative and high-risk PSPs across assigned marketsNavigate regulatory, operational, and settlement challenges in complex jurisdictionsDeep-dive into local banking rails (e.g., PromptPay, UPI, QRIS, Momo) to ensure our integrations are optimized for speed and reliability.Maintain multi-PSP redundancy to ensure payment continuity and risk mitigationMonitor PSP performance, manage escalations, and control payment-related risk exposureSupport market expansion initiatives in close collaboration with Compliance and Business Development teams

What we’re looking for4+ years of experience in high-risk payments, PSP partnerships, or payment operationsStrong understanding of payment ecosystems and local market dynamicsHands-on experience supporting CFD, Forex, gaming, or crypto platformsStrong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a young, fast-moving, and high-growth environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
