Operations Manager

As part of our Grid Integration business, we are looking for an experienced and people-oriented**Project** **Operations Manager**to lead the execution of complex energy infrastructure projects in our Operating Unit of Spain. This role is critical to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and the development of high-performing teams in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Develop and lead project teams, ensuring the right structure, skills and growth opportunities are in place. Solid experience in**project or operations management**within the**energy transmission and distribution sector**. Proven**team leadership experience**is highly valued, especially in developing talent and managing multicultural teams. (spoken and written), with the ability to operate effectively across multiple countries.

French Experience working in**matrixed organizations**, with the ability to manage multiple requests and report functionally to different stakeholders.
