Operations Manager

About the role

Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day activities and ensure seamless execution across departments. This role will deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the Tomorrowland brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening phase in your department and assist in creating a new entertainment experience.
• Develop & own our service strategy.
• Oversee daily guest, event & artist operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
• Source, manage and train a large operational staff, ensuring they are well equipped.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ.
• Monitor and manage inventory and supplies.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or guest complaints.
• Plan and execute events and activities in line with the Tomorrowland brand.

Must-Haves

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in event and operations management within high‑energy and high‑volume nightlife or entertainment settings.
• Experience with artist hospitality teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
