The Company focuses on providing Education Loans to Indian students for studies both in India and Abroad. The Company presently has a book size of over Rs. 50,000 crores

Job DescriptionOutsourcing/Vendor Risk Manager is responsible for independently developing, maintaining, implementing and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide outsourcing / vendor risk frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned to regulatory guidelines and approved risk appetite statements.

Responsibilities

Outsourcing/Vendor Risk: Periodically review Financial and IT outsourcing policies and SOPImplement and ensure compliance with the Outsourcing/Vendor Risk Management policies, framework and SOP across the company.Ensure adherence to risk management requirements, including Initial risk assessmentsOnboarding due-diligence Review of agreements (as required) for mandatory clausesPeriodic due-diligencePeriodic performance evaluation Convene / conduct Outsourcing Risk Management Committee meeting. Ensure minutes are documented and released to stakeholders. Assist in coordinating / updating agenda on outsourcing to Risk Management CommitteeMonitor/report KRIs related to outsourcing / vendor risk and or any risk incidentsBuild/ maintain a comprehensive outsourcing/vendor repository and provide relevant data to stakeholders as neededCoordinate and ensure availability of outsourcing/vendor contractsManage/ maintain Vendor Onboarding Solution for effective management/governance of outsourcing/ other vendors Conduct thematic risk reviews related to outsourcing/vendor risk managementTrack open issues related to the framework or vendors or as part of thematics or committee actionablesPrepare MIS reports and data submissions for internal/ external stakeholdersCoordinate /Support stakeholder requirements relating to onboarding, offboarding, reviews/assessments, system enhancements, vendor risks, etc.

Coordinate with InfoSec on framework related alignment/changesIdentify/assess emerging third-party risk trends and escalate issues with recommended mitigation actions to senior management or relevant forums

Skills

Have strong understanding of retail lending business in India and understanding of the regulatory landscapeHave sound understanding of Outsourcing / vendors / third-party related policies, processes, controls, compliances etc.Proficiency in MS Excel - analytical/technical skills in order to infer meaningful insights from the information obtained Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written

Qualifications and Experience

Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Management / MBA / CAMin 5 yrs of experience in the areas of outsourcing/vendor risk management
