Job Description
This role is for an F&B retail company, responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales, managing teams, ensuring service quality, controlling inventory, and supporting business growth across outlets. Responsibilities1. Oversee overall store operations and employee performance2.
Plan and execute in-store promotions and visual merchandising3. Develop and achieve annual profit targets across all stores4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock at each outlet5.
Analyze sales performance and prepare revenue forecasts6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across retail locations7. Review and analyze store sales performance on a regular basis8.
Drive business performance and continuous store development9. Support the Leaders in achieving monthly branch targets10. Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and audit processes11.
Identify and resolve issues efficiently, with strong delegation, communication, and leadership skills Qualification1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field2. 3–5 years of experience in large-scale retail F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role3. Strong understanding of retail management best practices4.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data effectively6. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team7.
Willing to travel or be mobile as required
