Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.Design and implement operational improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and service quality.Develop and deliver training, coaching, and mentoring programs to build team capability and strengthen operational excellence.Partner with business units to standardize best practices across branches and functions.Lead change management and ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or tools.Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or related areas.Strong understanding of operational workflows, supply chain, and business processes.Familiarity with Toyota Production System (TPS) or other continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to drive change.
