Job Description
What You’ll Do Lead system design and architecture decisions for new and existing applications. Mentor engineers, elevate team performance, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Implement coding standards, security best practices, and modern development workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives. Drive new application development and modernization / refactoring of legacy systems. Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption of cloud‑native and microservices architectures.
Influence strategic direction by participating in discussions and providing technical expertise to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring informed decision‑making. Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals and initiatives. Tech Stack & Tools Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core, Node.js, React, Angular, Python Cloud Platform: Azure (mandatory) Cloud Services & Certifications: GitHub Enterprise (GHE‑900), Azure Associate Certification preferred Databases: MS SQL UX: Material UI Architectural Patterns: Microservices, Serverless, Event‑driven (near real‑time), Monolithic (legacy) Design Approach: Domain Driven Design (DDD) CI/CD: Transitioning from Azure Dev Ops to GitHub Enterprise Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Monitoring: Dynatrace Security: Knowledge of PCI / HIPAA (nice to have) Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 15-20 years of experience in full‑stack development and technical leadership.
Proven ability to mentor teams and influence technical direction. Robust expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies. Experience with Agile, Dev Ops, and modern software workflows.
Hands‑on multi‑tech stack experience. Strong in distributed system design. Experience spent with hands‑on coding and as tech lead.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Soft Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication. Collaborative team player with strong leadership traits.
Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions. Major Initiatives New app development. Refactoring and retrofitting legacy systems.
