Position: OnBase Support Engineer (Hyland) Location: Toronto, ON || Hybrid Job type: Full-time Job Descriptio nWe are looking for an experienced Hyland OnBase Application Support Analys t with strong L2 incident management and enterprise content management expertise to support, maintain, and optimize OnBase platform operations in a regulated financial services environment. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on OnBase administration skills, strong SQL troubleshooting capability, and proven experience managing application support operations within an ITIL-based service model .Roles & Responsibilitie sTroubleshoot complex application issues, analyze logs, and resolve L2 incident s within SLA — performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA ) and supporting defect fixe sAdminister and support Hyland OnBase module s including Document Management, Workflow, and Integration component sHandle configuration changes, patches, and upgrade s across OnBase environments including migration and version upgrade sMonitor system health, queues, and batch job s ensuring stable OnBase operations and proactive issue identificatio nEnsure SLA complianc e, ticket triaging, and resolution tracking via ServiceNow / ITS M platform sSupport integrations with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and middlewar e, assisting with data issues and document ingestion failure sSupport release deployments, regression validatio n, and release stabilization activitie sApply SQ L for querying, troubleshooting data issues, and resolving database-related application incident sLeverage PowerShell or basic scriptin g for automation, batch monitoring, and operational efficienc yDrive continuous improvement toward reduced incident backlog, faster MTT R, and stable platform operation sCollaborate with cross-functional teams across IT operations, business stakeholders, and vendor suppor t
