This is a part-time, on-call opportunity for individuals who enjoy interactive environments and want to contribute to meaningful military preparedness training.Selected candidates will participate in structured role-play scenarios as either a foreign commander or interpreter. These exercises help Air Force students prepare for real-world deployment situations by exposing them to different cultural, communication, and operational scenarios they may encounter overseas.This is a fun, engaging, and educational role in a safe and supervised training environment.Schedule & Commitment:On-call position: 2 to 3 days per monthPossible increase in frequency in the future based on training needsWeekdays only (Monday–Friday)Schedule provided 2 to 3 weeks in advanceHours: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (paid for 8 hours per day)Compensation$20 – $25 per hour (1099 contractor)Rate depends on experience and language proficiencyLanguages Needed:We are actively seeking speakers of the following languages:ArabicAfghan languages (Dari / Pashto)TurkishRussianChinese (Mandarin preferred)FrenchGermanAll other languages are welcome except Spanish and Portuguese.Responsibilities:Participate in structured role-play training scenariosAct as a foreign commander or interpreter during exercisesFollow scenario instructions provided by training staffCommunicate clearly and professionally during simulationsSupport a realistic training environment for Air Force studentsRequirements:Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holderMust be fluent in at least one non-English language (excluding Spanish and Portuguese)Must be reliable and able to commit to scheduled training daysMust pass required background checksProfessional demeanor and ability to follow structured instructionsAdditional DetailsBackground checks required for all candidatesIndependent contractor (1099) positionSafe, structured, and supervised training environmentOpportunity for increased assignments over time Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
