• Low risk pregnancy: 70%, High risk pregnancy: 10%, C-Section: 30%, Office GYN: 10%, Surgical GYN: 10%
• Required Procedures:
• Low risk pregnancy- PTs w/ pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis, etc.
• FHR interpretation- NST/CST/FSE
• Level I/screening (viability)
• Routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for a C-section.
• Complicated delivery: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.
• VBACs & repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes; Ultrasounds performed by tech
• Office Equipment: Colonoscopy, LEEP, US, NS
• Trauma Level: I
• No. of Exam Rooms: 11

Requirements:

• Active CO License or willing to obtain
• BC
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
• OB/GYN experience
• NPDB pulled within 30 days
