Job DescriptionJob Description-- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO WESTERN ILLINOIS --Vivo HealthStaff is excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join an established practice in Western Illinois. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in a supportive and state-of-the-art environment.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for covering both inpatient and outpatient services, with a focus on delivering high-quality care across a range of OB/GYN procedures and services.Required Procedures:Fetal monitoringManagement of low-risk pregnancies, including histories of twins, toxemia, and pyelonephritisFetal heart rate interpretation-NST/CST/FSEOB ultrasounds-performance and interpretationRoutine delivery-vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-sectionComplicated delivery-C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs, repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerationsOffice/minor gynecology-procedures including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEPLaparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures-tubal ligation, LOAs, chromal tubationOperative/major procedures-ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAsFacility Features:Modern birthing center with 16 LDRP roomsLevel II Nursery and dedicated surgical suiteOutpatient office located on campusRotating call schedule of 1:4Partnership with local FQHC for community careSupport from seasoned RNs and staffPractice Statistics:Goal of 3 physicians with support from APPs40-50% low-risk pregnancies, 50-60% high-risk pregnancies30% C-section rateGYN surgery and patient volume tailored to physician's comfortCompensation and Benefits:Competitive compensation package, details provided at interviewComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverageWellness programs, EAP, FSAs, HSAs, disability, PTO, retirement plans, life insurance, liability insurance, and moreTuition reimbursement and professional development resourcesEligibility for Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)Submission Requirements:Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIREDIL license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIREDCertified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) - REQUIREDDemonstrated experience with the required conditions and procedures - REQUIREDVivo HealthStaff is a healthcare staffing and recruitment firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing permanent and temporary opportunities to organizations across the United States.
